Term& Conditions
1. You must pay 50% advance payment to confirm the booking for the event.
2. Once the advance payment is made, it will not be refunded in case of any unexpected accident or cancellation.
3. If any item or equipment is damaged by the party during the event/procession, the party must pay the cost of the damage.
4. We will not be responsible for any delay or changes caused by reasons related to your scheduled time.
5. All remaining payment must be paid to the manager/person responsible for the event.
6. If you do not collect your cassette, photos, or other materials within 90 days, the manager will not be responsible for them.
7. If any data is lost or the data upload is interrupted due to an accident or technical problem, the manager will pay 30% of the amount as compensation.
8. The party will be responsible for all electricity-related arrangements and expenses.
9. The party will be responsible for travel, accommodation, food, and related expenses.
10. The party can request the video and album after making 90% of the total payment.
11. The final video and photos will be provided only after all outstanding payments have been paid.
